Turn your vision into reality in the Idea Lab.
Here, you’ll explore new possibilities, validate your startup ideas, and connect with like-minded innovators. Gain essential knowledge and skills to navigate the early stages of a startup, evaluate and improve your concepts, and decide if it’s the right time to launch your venture.
The Idea Lab to gets you ready to build the next generation of powerhouse tech-based companies with the following:

- Assignments to complete to get you started on the startup roadmap

- Content developed and curated for early founders & student entrepreneurs
Once you complete the required assignments, you can take the Entrepreneurship Assessment and apply to The Startup Foundations Program.

The Planning Lab
The Startup Foundations Program – Part 1
Get your business idea off the ground and running in no time.
Applicants who complete the assignments in the Idea Lab and receive a passing grade on the Entrepreneurship Assessment are invited to apply for The Startup Foundations Program. Selected applicants will be able to register for The Planning Lab for a nominal monthly fee.
In The Planning Lab, your startup team can join you on your startup journey. You and your team will develop a strong foundation for your startup in all areas of your business: product, sales, marketing, go-to-market strategy, fundraising, leadership, and more. This includes crafting a comprehensive business plan, fine-tuning your go-to-market strategy, and exploring revenue models. Teams also get access to our CommunityReply tool which will enable them to do market and user surveys, collect early interest email addresses, and gather feedback. With expert guidance and interactive tools, you’ll create a roadmap for implementation and launch your startup with confidence.
At the end of The Planning Lab, teams who have completed the required assignments and steps will be invited to attend a video meeting to pitch their startup idea and receive feedback. Startup founders and their teams who have solid ideas will be invited to move up to The Launch Lab.

The Startup Foundations Program – Part 2
Finalize your product development and become market ready.
In the Launch Lab, you will build and finalize your prototype or minimum viable product (MVP) and execute an effective go-to-market strategy. Teams in The Launch Lab will complete the steps required to get ready to launch their company and make pitches for funding. Teams receiving a passing score on their Product Development Assessment will gain access to Quick Start Tech Packages and Low-cost Managed Hosting, have an introductory call with QAT Global, and receive investor introductions.

The Management Lab
The Startup Foundations Program – Part 3
Develop the mindset and skills required to care for your team while driving company results.
Startup Teams who successfully launch their companies and complete the required assignments will be invited to move up to the Management Lab. Once you launch, you can’t just wing it and expect success and growth. The Management Lab is here to help you sustain and scale your success. Master goal setting, talent management, and leadership skills. Cultivate a strong organizational culture, optimize operational efficiency, and navigate growth with confidence.

The Growth Lab
Create a strategy to grow brand awareness and media exposure and prepare for the next round of funding.
Startup Teams with flourishing companies will graduate from The Foundations Program and be invited to upgrade to The Growth Lab to help keep their momentum going. In this lab, you’ll put the best growth marketing knowledge into practice as you develop your strategy to amplify your startup’s presence in the market, harness data analytics for insights, and build strong customer relationships. Then, you’ll take the steps necessary to prepare your numbers and pitch to prepare your startup for its next round of funding and international expansion.
Graduate to
The Founder Lab
Get the support you need to keep your business moving forward.
Growing businesses need constant feeding and care, just like their founders. The Founder Lab is where you’ll focus on scaling and sustaining your business. Implement succession planning, risk management, and strategic partnerships. Prepare your startup for potential exits and embrace new growth opportunities.
Startup founders that have successfully launched and grown their companies will be moved up to the Founder Lab.
