How Labs Work
Ready to take your startup to the next level? Our Labs are designed to help you achieve your broad goals, from idea evaluation to planning, launching, management, and growth.
In each Lab, you’ll find a set of Playbooks that are self-contained units focused on specific topics. These Playbooks will guide you through essential deliverables and outcomes, helping you reach important milestones. Through a series of sprints, filled with exercises and activities, you’ll consistently make progress and stay on track.
To advance to the next Lab, you’ll need to complete a set of tasks, including meetings, assessments, assignments, and more. These tasks are crucial for your startup’s success and will ensure you’re ready for the next stage of growth.
Playbooks
Playbooks are packed with a collection of valuable components specifically designed to maximize your planning efficiency, meet investor requirements with confidence, and ensure your business has a solid foundation. You’ll complete Playbooks via sprints filled with activities to help you race to milestones.
NOTE: Playbooks may include other Playbooks, Power-Ups, or Plugins in the detail section
Power-Ups
Power-Ups energize Playbooks, turning them into living applications through additional features, capabilities, and integrations. They help you build confidence, competence, and outcomes that create forward momentum through exercises and training.
Plugins
Plugins are software components that add specific features or extend the core functionality of a Power-Up or Playbook to enhance its capabilities. They improve the experience and outcomes of Power-Ups and Playbooks.
Sprints
Sprints are where ideas turn into value. Each sprint has a clear goal, deliverables, recommended duration, and feedback mechanism at the end. The sprints are designed to create consistency in your progress and allow you to adapt your startup plans along the way. Sprints include elements like guided workflows, Power-Ups, Plugins, and feedback points which will support you in creating a compelling pitch or developing an MVP.
